I approached Dr. Madhavi Joshi Ma'am for my mother's acute knee pain and back ache, which were restricting her daily activities. She is an incredible, very friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable person who offers exceptional quality of medical care. I especially loved how Dr. Madhavi Joshi Ma'am really took her time to explain her conditions as well as treatment options. She explained the procedures and the estimated amount prior to the procedures and gave alternate options as well. She suggested radiofrequency ablation and HA injections for pain relief. I really trusted her, and she took excellent care of my mother during the entire hospital stay.
From D1 of the procedure itself, she had 90 percent pain relief, and her quality of life improved. She detailed all the post-procedure care to her. Also, she is a compassionate, kind and down-to-earth person who will listen to all queries very patiently and will help calm the patient. Suggested and performed all procedures at an affordable rate.
Every day, she used to take a follow-up of her recovery, and I am so thankful for all the efforts she made and all the care she gave to my mother during the whole course.
